Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for items shipped back within 30 days of the customer receiving their order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in like-new condition.
- All original packaging, paperwork, and hardware must be intact and in good condition.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
You must contact us first about a return to prevent delays and confirm eligibility.
2. Starting the Return Process: To initiate a return:
Log in to your account.
View your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
Click the "Return Item(s)" button next to the order you wish to return.
You will receive an email notification once we have received and processed your returned item.
3. Return Shipping: All returns should be shipped to the following address:

Returns must be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx.
Please provide us with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.
4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
An RMA is not required, but you must contact us to confirm eligibility for a return.
We cannot guarantee that your account will be credited without first contacting us for return authorization.
A tracking number must be provided once the item is shipped.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
If the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost. This will be equal to the original shipping charge.
The shipping cost will be reimbursed when the refund is credited to your account.
6. Refund Process:
We will credit your account within one week of receiving the returned product, allowing time for inspection.
The timing of the refund's appearance in your account depends on your credit card or bank.
7. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If the original payment was made by cash or money order, a check will be issued for the refund.
8. Restocking Fee:
A standard restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise arranged. This fee may vary depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the returned merchandise.
